1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Dream Mix Watcher ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Dream Mix Watcher is
Dream Mix Watcher is a hosted admin panel for Rust game servers. It connects to your servers via RCON, ingests events from optional Oxide/Carbon plugins you choose to install, and provides moderation, ban-sync, anti-cheat-review, and live-metrics tooling. Dream Mix Watcher is not affiliated with Facepunch Studios or the Rust trademark.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Workspaces have an owner; that owner is responsible for members they invite.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to harass, dox, or threaten players; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overwhelm the platform; (c) use Dream Mix Watcher for any purpose that violates applicable law or the Rust EULA; (d) circumvent rate limits, billing, or audit logging.
5. Billing & subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through PayPal on a recurring cycle until cancelled. Dream Mix Watcher does not store payment card or PayPal account credentials — all payment data is handled directly by PayPal, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.
6. Data we process
To run the Service we store: your email + display name, your workspace name, the RCON IP/port + password you choose to add (encrypted at rest where supported by your host), in-game player identifiers (Steam IDs, names), moderation actions you take, and audit records. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third-party advertisers or data brokers — ever. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
7. Availability & service changes
Dream Mix Watcher is provided on an "as-is, as-available" basis. We aim for high uptime but make no specific SLA guarantee on free or self-serve paid plans. We may add, change, or retire features with reasonable notice for substantial removals.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support — we will permanently delete your workspace data within 30 days, except for records we are required by law to retain. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or fail to pay.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Mix Watcher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are material, we will notify workspace owners by email and via an in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
